Tiny Tuesday

Apologies that I seem to be getting a bit obsessed at the moment with super-macro photography, but I do love seeing the extra details which it shows.

As a follow-up to my Amaryllis stamen blip a couple of weeks ago, here's a tiny stamen on an Allium. Individual Allium florets are pretty small in themselves of course and the tip of the stamen is only about half a millimetre across so I used a 30-layer focus stack in Affinity and sharpened the result in Topaz Sharpen AI.

My Editor's first comment was that it's a heart shape :-))
