Baskets of goodies for healthy eating

The Co-op in Anstruther had no tinned tomatoes so on our way back to Elie we stopped at the local award winning farm shop and fortunately they had plenty…..not a make I know but a tinned tomato is a tinned tomato whatever the name.
The prices of some veggies has certainly risen and I certainly won’t be buying a kilo of wild garlic.

It has been a really miserable day ….. not heavy rain just a constant drizzle that soaks you through very quickly.
