A very rare sighting for me ..... a Blue Tit outside the hole in the tree trunk where he and his Mrs have their nest.
I couldn’t get close as there was a little burn flowing between the path and the woodland .... even with the camera on full zoom the picture is not very sharp.

It has been very cold today but we have enjoyed sunshine and blue skies while avoiding the forecasted snow and high winds.

The park was busy this morning with folk out enjoying some Easter Monday exercise on two feet or two wheels. I met a number of people I knew, even some former pupils from my teaching days.
