A bird's eye view

A pair of starlings are taking nesting materials under the eves of the house next door.  This one was enjoying the sunshine perched on the television aerial of their roof.  Starling colours are beautifully iridescent when the sun catches them.  When the chicks hatch they'll be very noisy neighbours, I'm looking forward to seeing them though.

This afternoon I went to play for the Euro dancing and this evening going to a music session so a very musical day.
