What is the temperature?

This is a thermometer that belonged to my mother, although I suspect it was bought by my father. Fascinating, intriguing and quite attractive in its way, but not very practical.
Intensive seed planting this morning of tomatoes and beans. The wind remains very strong and makes working outside for long quite tiring.
Duets this afternoon with Bill focussed on the use of diminished scales on different tunes.
The carpet was put down in the small, spare bedroom and I have put the bed back together and into its position. The room is so much better and will be nice to stay in.
