Loughborough open competition

Today I had my first proper race of the season. 100m racerunning sprint. And it was great to get a time down on paper
Well, the conditions weren’t amazing but I was still pleased with my 17.78 time.
Now that the competition is over, I have some targets to really focus on. My start being one.
I have another competition at Kingston in Surrey in a couple of days. Better rest up!
