Succulent

This backlit succulent caught my eye at lunchtime today. Many years ago I returned with succulent pups from Mum.

It's survived my care and harsh winters. It's in a large pot and I'm wondering if I can better protect it this year. It's probably too heavy to shift.

Today is 5 years since I shifted from town to here. That me pause and think. It's worked well for me amd I'm grateful that I made the move. I don't think I'll ever shift back to Christchurch or any other big city.
