Four years

Four years ago today, I officially sold one home and bought another. I shifted out of Christchurch city and into the town of Rolleston.

I didn't particularly like Rolleston but clearly liked the house (or I wouldn't have purchased it). I didn't know anyone, everything was new, and work was now an approximately 40 minute commute.

Four years on and the rest as they say, is history. Shifting out of Christchurch to the Selwyn District was the best move I could have made after the devastating earthquakes.

Four years on I still think of it as my new home. I've certainly put my mark on it, inside and out. :-)
