The Pheasantess ............

 ............ and the Pigeon  -  that well-known tale of country birds!!

More staring .........

Mr Pigeon was very keen to share the bread with Ms Pheasant - he wandered around, getting closer and closer and, eventually, she allowed him to share.

After a few minutes he walked away, Ms Pheasant watched him go only to have a greedy (but beautiful) magpie swoop down and make off with the whole wadge of what was left while she wasn't concentrating.
