My garden in April

Today was less windy and there was plenty of sunshine but it's still rather cold.  I quickly nipped round the garden to photograph what's in bloom at the moment and couldn't help but notice that the predominant colours are yellow and blue.  Today I've found it impossible to put that beleaguered country out of my mind and I wonder how long the rest of the world can watch from the sidelines, without intervention.

Today we think of my father-in-law, it being 9 years since he left us.
