Vigorous

Since the early sun was forecast to fade, I took the car up to Silverburn, at the foot of the Pentlands. A walker a few hundred metres ahead of me provided a target, as I pushed hard walking up the steep track. I caught up with him just before the summit of South Black Hill (pictured).  From there it was a routine outing over Scald Law, the Kipps and Braid Law, walking hard uphill, and running downhill.

Back home, I had lunch and did some work until I decided to stretch my legs and get some groceries. 

Meanwhile, A, L and K all voted in the first round of the French Presidential election - a first experience for the girls.
