Heat therapy

I was doing incredibly well today with all the timed activities. And then I spoilt it.

So, another bitty day, and, finally, the first golf competition of the season with me In Charge. Bit of a laugh really; two competitors (as I'd expected) with the rest of the regulars either away on holidays, working or playing at the big club. As I'm hors de combat I'd decided to do a spot of much needed weeding by the clubhouse, thinking that as it was waist height I'd be fine. Now I know it was foolish. Only 30 minutes work, too - I could weep ... :-((

The upside is a long, long soak and a medicinal whisky.
