Pork Chop

Spice-rubbed pork chop, sautéed kale with guindilla peppers, and crescent rolls. Wine: Optik Bien Nacido Vineyard Block 49A Syrah 2019.

The pork chop was delicious. The wine is drinkable but too jammy for my taste.
