More spring flowers

Of the cultivated variety this time. A pleasant walk this morning carrying out a few errands on the way.

Went to the allotment this afternoon to tackle some of the cultivation needed there as well as sowing parsnips, carrots and beetroot. The last of the swedes and parsnips were harvested and a few leeks brought home that we had braised as a veg for dinner.

A most enjoyable evening at the Marmite Ukulele Club this evening.

My brother and his wife, whose Ruby Wedding we went at on Sunday have both tested positive today. That’s a bit of a worry for them as they’re both vulnerable people. And for us with the trip to California a week tomorrow.
