Berberis

Openreach didn’t turn up yesterday so I contacted them this morning to be told the fault lay with TalkTalk. It took a long time to get through to TT but they only tried to blame Openreach. I was furious about them mucking it up twice, and really stuck the boot in. They finally explained it had been their fault. The job had been cancelled by mistake.
Last month I got £15 compensation. Today I got £26. I wonder what the future holds!
I didn’t half stomp around the wood after a morning of frustration.
