Early lunch

 A quiet day for myself and Mr MC today.  I managed to get some washing done and as the weather was sunny and reasonably warm I could hang it on the washing line, but not before I took a shot of this fella enjoying a snack of peanuts from one of our several bird feeders.  Yes, I know that some think of them as vermin, but I am rather fond of them and their acrobatic antics.
This evening Peggy Sue will receive the first of her gabapentin tablets, coated in (to her) irresistible pill putty.  Tomorrow she will have another tablet, a couple of hours before we leave for her vet appointment,  in the hope that it will calm her enough for bloods to be taken...
