Spent out last morning with Mark and Rosie before heading out to Folkestone for tomorrow’s tunnel adventure. Before leaving Mark wanted to show me his long-standing model train hobby - see extra 1. Quite spectacular really with engines making steam engine sound effects and about 15 different trains all based on a real rural station in the 50’s. The journey to Folkestone was a daunting prospect with stories of long queues of lorries unable to cross the channel blocking the M20. The reality, at least on Easter Sunday is revealed in extra 2 taken 2 miles from the terminal.

Overnight stay is the main photo - The Master Brewer owned by a Polish couple I had discovered in my overnight stay app were very open to overnight wild campers - and so it turned out and here we are after a relaxing afternoon watching the other FA cup semi final in same pub and taking up a space in their car park for the night.
