A beautiful day; we had a 10km walk from Disley around Lyme Park. Here you can just see ‘the cage’ up on the hill, a tower-like structure where poachers were held.

Back at the house we had Easter egg-themed cocktails that I’d brought, Val cooked a delicious roast dinner and we played Poker out in the breeze house. I’m so relieved we’ve been able to sit in the garden because I’m very allergic to their 6 month old kittens.
