Liquid Amber Tree

I poked my head right into a leafy autumn branch of a Liquid Amber tree nearby and it was so lovely in there. Many spiky balls were just hanging around in the morning sun and I snapped off a few shots.

We’ve had a lot of smoke around the city for the past few days as controlled burns are happening to the south.  The sunset this afternoon was rather amazing with the sun through the smoke looking like a red beacon in extras! :o)
