Icing

Icing my knees after exercise multiple times a day is something I’ve never had to do before. I do believe it is a good adjunct therapy for my knees. Exercise, ice, elevate every 2 hours per day while awake is the prescribed method as well as my prescribed pain medications , anti inflammatory, blood thinner, and anti nausea meds .
