S had a haircut. I went to get my feet done and also a consultation with my Podiatrist’s husband who is a foot and ankle specialist cos been having intermittent pain in my third and fourth toes after walking about an hour. He diagnosed Morton’s Neuroma ! Explained it very well and options if it gets worse for steroid injections and further on an operation. Ugh. He showed me it on the internet the insides of it. And it’s very common.

Walked home and did some gardening being accompanied by Mr B looking for food for the weans.

Cameron wants to go down to Chingford (?) (seemingly in London) for a support workers meeting for South Korea. I said I would go with him but he wants to go on his own which would be train to London and then getting to Liverpool Street station and on to Chingford.

A week today we are off to Madrid!
