Found It! It is near Husbandtown.

Today’s entry is courtesy of Pat and the extra is by me.

On our first trip to Aberlemno, Pat had noticed this derelict building and had planned to photograph it on our return home. We missed it and we missed it on the second trip to Aberlemno.

I eventually remembered that the second route was not quite the same as the first route.

The extra is of Murroes Church. I had seen the signpost on many occasions, but had never taken the time to visit it.

A church for over a 1000 years with another spectacular Cemetry. Spectacular if you are interested in sculpture, calligraphy, history and church architecture.

The final surprise for Pat was that on the second journey she had actually seen the derelict from the opposite direction at the junction at Husbandtown. It is on the left hand side and we turned right on our way from Monikie Country Park.

Pat and maps are not the best of friends, whereas I am a great fan of cartography. Pat was following directions on Apple Maps and I was driving along what are very narrow country roads with cyclists, pedestrians and oncoming cars.

However, here is dereliction in all its splendour.

And Husbandtown? It is literally just a name on a map with two buildings, one of which is derelict.
