Sailors Cutting.

On my trip south this afternoon a good half way point is here at Sailors Cutting on Lake Benmore. Back in the day we used to camp here and do our boating /water skiing. The good old days.
The colours were splendid, the weather as can be seen was superb. A 15 minute break was all I needed to refresh before carrying on to Wanaka.
This evening a dinner party with mutual friends, scrumptious foods and good conversation with many laughs.  

Feeling rather jaded so off to bed as a big day tomorrow.
