Pool Swimming and Poo Sandwiches

Everyone working together to strip and remake beds, emptying of toilet and bins, final sweep, final packing and into the car, and off to Évora for lunch with Padre Luís at an all-you-can-eat sushi place.

And then to Alcochete, across the Tagus from Lisbon (couldn't find anywhere reasonable in Lisbon), to a lovely flat in a complex with an indoor pool, which the kids absolutely loved.

Gratefuls:
- although it tipped down for most of the day, it cleared every time we needed it to, so grateful for that
- that we left with a minimum of stress and with half an hour to spare, a miracle!
- fun doing "poo sandwiches" with the kids at tea time; you have to say a good thing, a bad thing, and a good thing about your day; the twist this time was that you had to remember what the person next to you had said, so you really had to listen; Allegra's was easy: good thing: going in the pool; bad thing: leaving the pool (there were tears); good thing: that we're going in the pool again tomorrow!
