Deboning

A very full day, with a walk and caipirinhas along the beach here in Alcochete, ending with a fish lunch in a very typical Portuguese restaurant. The owner was very attentive, and at one point, I got a bib tied round my neck, none of us could figure out why.

Then over the bridge for Amorino ice-creams (see extras) and on to the Oceanarium, which didn't disappoint.

Gratefuls:
- the kids getting another go in the indoor pool
- simple, but superb Portuguese cooking
- keeping going after a really rubbish night
