Being almost a doctor, I have prescribed spiced rum & diet coke, paracetamol, an afternoon with Barbra Streisand, and a packet of truffle Maltesers that some generous Blipmate sent me for Christmas.

If that doesn't win me the Nobel prize for medicine, nothing will!
