Little and Large

We saw the pilot turn up as we strolled round the town, so we put our feet up to watch. It was an hour before the ship got under way, much of that spent just casting off the bow lines. As she pulled away from the quay, two tugs gave her stern a mighty shove to turn her through 90 degrees. Then off she went, the pilot cutter keeping pace alongside. The cutter isn't small, but she's dwarfed by the monster that is the Xiang Rui Kou.

As we saw earlier, those yellow wind turbine jackets are so huge that even a ship this size can only take three. Though there are now many more on the quay (see extra), many more ships having come and gone.
