Adventures In Pastry

I'd never made sausage rolls before and I've been having a nurm for "good" junk food* for a while.

These turned out quite well.  Crispy flaky pastry, herby sausage mix and a good dollop of HP sauce - there's still a lot to do in terms of presentation and filling distribution.  Plus I think I'm going to have a go at making my own pastry - the shop bought stuff is too thin.

Quite a therapeutic thing to make.   Have a go at making them, good comfort food on a dull, grey afternoon.
