Fern on a blue canvas

Mrs B loves ferns, particularly at this stage.  And I love bluebells, although I'll try hard not to flood Blipfoto with photos of them, but this seemed a reasonable happy medium.  I'll just have to do better with the focus, but I was holding the camera at arm's length.

We were walking down our local dead-end lane, a tiny road which finishes at a cottage, Ford Cottage (Extra), presumably because it's next to a ford.  It also has two streams and a waterfall (Extra – note that the conifer in the background is not a bush, but a large fallen tree).  And the cottage is for sale, at £650k (offers in excess of).  It has three bedrooms (one double and two single, is not large enough to form a family home yet it's on at that ridiculous price.  Astonishing!
