Wallflowers

I had a few old seeds left in a packet last year so sowed them and only about 3 came up so I thought put them on Maddy's plot they have 2 chances, and this year they suddenly blossomed forth, so pretty I am going to get a new pack and try some more for next year.

Took Molly to the vet for her bloods and urine test (after chasing her round the garden at 7am this morning for a urine sample, in the end she had to give in)
Not good results, but we knew it wouldn't be, she will not get better but we are going to try some powder she has to take twice a day in water to help take something out of her kidneys without causing problems. It's all Greek to me but we have researched it and it sounds to be OK. (vet said sprinkle it on her food, I said you must be joking, she will take a sniff and leave her dinner). At least we don't need a prescription for it and can get it online, at a price of course, but cheaper than from the vet, plus her tablets which we have to get a prescription for. She was very brave when they took her blood apparently.
So todays vet visit cost me £185.90
The vet was very nice, not seen her before but she did agree that if she wouldn't eat the special food but ate the chicken and mince (and Whiskers cat food) then why not make her happy in her last months of life, and these sachets of a powder will help along with her tablets.

Did my fortnightly shop as well after walking the dogs, didn't really need much, and I got a Pizza for tea from Lidl, we have had one before and it was very nice, Italian Ham, Portabella mushroom's and mozzarella cheese on sourdough base.  Then spent afternoon on the PC sorting a few things out.

Given the greenhouse and garden a miss today. Plus it's blooming cold now, so off to wrap up the greenhouse plants and tomato's in fleece.
