Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes!

I whipped these up today, a smaller version of a chocolate fudge cake, they smell and look amazing and I can’t wait until Mal and Horatio return from their respective sports so we can all enjoy one!

After three hours of running up and down hills today it’s a much needed treat!!

Training is going ok, starting to feel better and recovering better after my dose of Covid. Today was the first time the body battery on my Garmin nearly hit 100, hitting 98, since Covid I’ve bottomed out every day and only managed to get it back up to 80!! Hoping last night means the tide is turning and I’m back to recovering strongly! Crazy how much it’s set me back!
