Gun and baby

I was surprised to see this in Broad Street then, when I saw that it was installed a month ago, surprised that I hadn't seen it sooner.

I have serious qualms about it, as I do about a lot of the response to the refugees from this war. Not least, I wonder what Oxford's many refugees from further away make of it.
