Rackwick - the End of the Road

A day across on Hoy, in Rackwick, assessing work that is required to be done on the three folk museums in Rackwick.  The answer is ‘quite a lot’.  The Hoy Kirk Heritage Officer, Rebecca, does such a high quality, professional job and she has come up with some very good ideas.  However, she nearly flattened me when she was trying to get out of the way of a gigantic rat.  Back at HQ CMC is preparing tea after which she will be playing her accordion and piano.  Probably both at the same time.  I can’t understand why, but she is insisting I go round to Ian’s who is hosting the Parish whisky tasting tonight.

Wild rumours persist that Desmond and Blanche may have their banns read this weekend.  Who knew ?  Not the Tatler.
