New oven and hob

Ta da! We have finally been able to install a new oven and hob without the necessity of replacing our entire kitchen. Riddle and Coghill have done an amazing job for us, right from the moment that we told them about our tricky non-standard hob size. Here is the finished job, with the old set-up in the extra.

While Mr hazelh stayed in to look after the workers this morning, I sped up to Bruce's house on my bike for a morning's work on our P2P podcasting project. I came home for lunch, and then returned to Bruce's for a couple more hours. Amongst various tasks today, we completed two interviews for the empirical component of the project. Both went really well, and we are extremely grateful to both blippers who spoke to us at length about their engagement with the LornaL journal.

Exercise today: cycling back and forth across town.
