Some serious stretching was needed this morning, I obviously didn't do enough yesterday afternoon after climbing. Then, after deciding to repeat Week 1, I went off down the cycle track for the Couch to 5k.

Funny how the cycle track has come into it's own for me now. During the first lockdown I hated walking along it as it was so very crowded and it was difficult to keep my distance. What a contrast with today, a beautifully sunny, bank holiday saturday morning and I hardly saw anyone!

This afternoon I knuckled down and removed a lot of very stubborn wallpaper from the front bedroom. I've still only done about a fifth, but I'm fed up of sleeping in the back bedroom, I want the bigger room back!
