Caught Unawares

I turned a corner and there he was. I don't which of us was more surprised. I haven't seen a Robin in a tree before, they are normally ground dwellers scampering across the grass. And this one looks somewhat dishevelled, as though he got out of the wrong side of bed today. He didn't immediately fly away as I appeared, which gave me chance to get a shot, and in focus too.
