Not by accident anyway, and certainly not on any friend of mine. Though bearing in mind it's from 1963, it's probably upsides with most current neo-Soviet munitions, according to the military experts I've been reading lately. Meanwhile my Ukranian friends are having an appalling time. They are the first thing I check on every morning. Knowing there's nothing I can offer except empty reassurance.
