Decorative edging

Above the harbour wall, where the gulls drop shell fragments, the cracked stonework hosts a fringe of tiny plants, in this case lamb's lettuce and herb Robert.
Further along, beside the old lime kilns, Arum maculatum flourishes its pintles (extra). It being the day when the pornography scandal hit the House of Commons, there's  nothing new to be added.
