Notes: Awake in the 4a hour and couldn't go back to sleep. Didn't get up until 545a and did writing first. Sat out in the early morning dawn listening to birds (quite warm already). Did timestamping for Amy's Q&A and then back and forth with her quite a bit. Breakfast veggie bowl (in the pic), out for 30 min of sun (hot). Afternoon reading and meditation.
