Kinver

Today was a bit dismal and grey but there was no rain so we decided to go and do another treasure trail around Kinver and then visit the National Trust Rock Houses up on Kinver Edge. We walked along the canal where we saw a narrow boat going through the locks and lots of people canoeing. We had lunch in the pub before going up to the rock houses it's hard to believe that people lived there up until the 1960's one of the volunteers told us that the last baby was born there in 1963 and then the government changed the law that said people couldn't live in homes that had no running water. Finished off with a scone with jam and cream.
