Bluebell Wood

We last walked along this path through this wood exactly three weeks ago. Then the dominant flora at ground level were celandines at the entrance to the wood and wood anemones everywhere else. Today it is wild garlic at the entrance and bluebells everywhere else - although the bluebells have taken a battering from the much needed overnight heavy rain.

I just love the fresh greens of the trees at this time of the year.
