Häslövs Kyrka

We had decided to go out for brunch, only to realise when we brought up our intended destination on Google maps as we set off that it was in fact closed.

A quick exchange of messages with R pointed us to an alternative.  The food was adequate, the staff were lovely, the ambiance wasn't as good as our originally planned venue, but one plus was some lovely, freshly picked, asparagus to bring back for our supper.

This rather splendid church was just down the road.  We couldn't look inside - but if Google reviews are to be believed, the inside is not very special anyway.

We have noticed that the Magnolia trees here have fared better than those in the UK, where many got hit by late frosts after the flowers had opened.  There were several in this churchyard, all looking splendid.  There are also a number, including lovely red ones, in the road where R lives.

Our last full day in Sweden, tomorrow we set off towards home.
