Grey Heron

The young one spots me every time before I get into the park. She did so again today. I gave her chopped up raw sardines again (I have been binning the heads as she had difficulty eating them the last time). The crow wasn't around so she got the lot this morning. This afternoon she flew out of the water and got some more sardines. This time she had to share a couple of bits with the two crows who came across. I had to go shopping so had kept the sardine heads to try her with on the way back. She was waiting on the path and ate all the heads. I will make sure I include them from now on.
