It’s Raining Again

The last time this Acer featured in a blip was at the end of October 2020, just after Storm Aiden swept through the U.K. and removed pretty much all the leaves overnight.
Obviously didn’t do any permanent damage as it seems to have more leaves than ever this year. We planted it just after we bought the house, but it’s a very slow growing tree - only a couple of metres high now but could live for 300 years, so it’s unlikely I will live to see it reach maturity!
As it’s now started raining, all planned outdoor activity for today has been cancelled, though I did manage a trip to the gym before the drizzle started. But I’m hoping the rain eases off later as I’m off to Manchester for a concert tonight.
Time for an early tea.
