Small white on Thrift

Not as cute as yesterday's but I'm pleased with the pic as butterflies rarely stay still long enough..
Went to parkrun this morning and got the best time there since June 2019, pleased at that seeing as I'm not getting any younger! Then did a bit extra round the park at a more sedate pace.
This afternoon we went for a walk on the Arbroath cliffs, 17 varieties of wildflower (7 yellow, 5 white and 5 pink-blue) and nearly as many sorts of birds, also a few white butterflies. 
Going out this evening so posting early.
