Hi!

Had a much-needed restful day, after yesterday's excitement.  Poor Tim was feeling really unwell - we think because of the antibiotics he's on, but it seems more like a stomach bug.  After many trips to the bathroom, he went off to bed around 7pm.  Hope a good night's sleep will sort him out.

I popped down to Sainsburys this morning to pick him up various things for his stomach - then also got out for a walk to the heath this evening.  Spotted this parakeet peeking out of a tree hole, which made me smile :)
