Lovey Dovey

At least, that's what I assume. Although I later discovered that owls mate in December and have their offspring in January/February. So I can't be sure this is a pair, it could be one of the young I suppose. More research needed.

A beautiful day for a change, blue sky and sunshine. This was the first time I had seen the owls close together, before now they had been on separate parts of the tree. Amongst other things, owls will eat ducks, which I didn't like the sound of. However, the ducks here don't seem all that bothered by them and boy do they fly fast.
