Mono Monday - Alice in Wonderland

FrankS's theme for this week is Alice in Wonderland.   I had a beautifully illustrated book of Alice in Wonderland when I was a child.  I was hoping to find it but I have searched the bookcases here at mum's and can't find it at all.  I was hoping to get some inspiration from those illustrations.  Hey ho.  So the Cheshire Cat will have to do for my entry.

The cat is Bailie, a friends cat.  He is 17 and, like Hamish, quite arthritic so I have called in the assistance of PS to put him in the tree.   We have to be kind to our seniors don't we.

Our run of beautiful weather is over too I might add.  Drizzle today.
