Mam's Apples

Wind and gales all day and night.  It was dry this morning, and then rain started about lunchtime.  Showers this evening, mostly rain.

Up early, early shift in the airport today.  A busy morning on the check-in desk, and then meeting and boarding flights.  A new flight started today, a direct flight to London City, via Dundee.  A lazy evening at home, watching the rain run down the window.  I finally managed to get out walkies with Sammy.

Things were starting to look pretty and spring like, thankfully the gales have arrived and sorted that out, everything flattened.  The greenhouse is definitely the way ahead at this time of year, indoor space away from the gales.  I was down checking on mam's plants, and they are all doing good.  This is one of the apple trees (not sure what type), and it's full of small fruits.  The pear and cherry trees don't seem to have any fruit starting yet.  Taken in mam's greenhouse, Aith, Cunningsburgh.
