In solidarity

It rained today - proper Scottish rain, about 75mm (3") We tried a walk in the woods this morning, and got soaked. Back "home" for lunch, then visited Fort William in the afternoon. it still rained, but slightly less hard.

Tried to book a meal at a fish restaurant we like, but they were closed when we were over there (tried again in the evening, only to get an answerphone message saying that due to staff shortages, they were staying closed for the whole of the summer - another casualty of covid.

I did like this little hut (a fish bar by another closed eatery on the loch-front) The original (extra) had a red roof and red door & shutter, but I gave it a Ukrainian twist by turning the door & shutter yellow to go with the blue.
